Join Us for Ascend’s New & Prospective Family Day - June 13, 2026

Choosing the right school is one of the most important decisions a family can make, and we are excited to help families learn more about the Ascend community.

On Saturday, June 13, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Ascend Public Charter Schools will host a New & Prospective Family Day at Flatbush Ascend Middle School. This special event will bring together families from across Brooklyn for an afternoon of connection, celebration, and community.

Whether your child has already been accepted to an Ascend school or you are interested in learning more about our programs, this event is an opportunity to meet the people who make our schools special.

Families will have the opportunity to:

• Meet representatives from all 17 Ascend schools, including our lower schools, middle schools, and high school

• Connect with school leaders and staff

• Learn more about Ascend’s academic programs and school communities

• Ask questions and explore enrollment opportunities

• Meet other families from across the Ascend network

Newly accepted families can begin building relationships with their future school community before the first day of school, while prospective families can learn more about what makes Ascend a place where students are challenged, supported, and inspired to grow.

In addition to meeting school teams, families can enjoy refreshments, music, giveaways, swag items, and activities in a fun and welcoming environment.

At Ascend, we believe strong school communities begin with strong family partnerships. We look forward to welcoming families from across Brooklyn and sharing more about the schools, opportunities, and experiences that help our students build lives of boundless choice.
